Chai Latte Recipe for a Rainy and Cozy Day

For a rainy and cozy day, this is the best Chai Latte recipe you could have, and it is so easy to make at home with whatever spices are available. But make sure you have our Shamshiri or Best Tea available in your house for a better taste always. :)

Ingredients

  • Water
  • Ginger powder
  • Cinnamon stick, and cinnamon powder
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Maple Syrup
  • Milk
  • Cardamom pods
  • 6 cloves
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 2 bags of black tea

Preparation

  1. Crush the cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, and 6 cloves together.
  2. Boil the crushed spices in 100ml of water for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the two black tea bags, then add the 2 star anise.
  4. Bring to medium heat and cover for 7 minutes. Once it reaches the desired color, turn off the heat.
  5. Let it simmer for a few minutes while preparing the milk. Warm up the milk to 140°F.
  6. If available, use a milk frother to create a nice and creamy foam.
  7. Strain the tea into your favorite mug.
  8. Pour the frothed milk on top and decorate with some cinnamon powder for a tasty flavor and beautiful Chai Latte look.
